What are Ministries???

I love the idea of serving, of being present, of helping others grow and for me this old word captures that.

Centuries ago the followers of Christ in the city of Ephesus rescued the abandoned babies and children. These babies were left on the beach to be carried off in the surf. The people enacted the love they felt. It was one of their “ministries.”

For decades I have dedicated my life to making a difference in the lives of others. This word “ministries” captures this for me as well.
